 REAL ESTATE

      Purchase & Sale: Residential
      Purchase and Sale: Commercial
      Mortgage Refinancing

We will work on your behalf to represent you in cases regarding real estate transactions, land disputes, and property claims. Real estate lawyers most commonly work with individuals or companies that are looking to purchase a home or other property, where special considerations are in place that require services beyond what a real estate agent may be able to provide. We can provide legal guidance for real estate clients who need help with title insurance, negotiation and preparation of contracts, mortgage brokering, and lien searches

In cases where there is a real estate legal dispute, a real estate attorney will work with you to build a case for your defense or lawsuit, review the facts at hand, handle proper court procedures and filings, and determine your legal standing and best options. We will work to determine if a settlement can be made, or if a court trial is the best option. We take care of your case in a respectful, caring, professional manner.

WILLS AND ESTATES
A will is a legal document that determines what happens to your property after your death. A will states who receives property and in what amounts. Property distributed under the terms of the will become the "probate" estate.

Making a will is a responsibility, as well as a right that is protected by law.   In addition to distributing or transferring property, a will may have other functions. It may be used to name a guardian for any minor children or to create a trust and designate a trustee to handle an estate (property left after death) on behalf of children or others. A will may also be used to name a personal representative or "executor" to handle a decedent's (the person who died) property and affairs from the time of death until an estate is settled
